  Time is precious.
In our fast-paced world we have to make every second count. When I am at work I want all my efforts to be at their best and especially want to know that my accomplishments are securely stored and easily retrievable. Since my organization is non-profit and therefore serves others, and operates under the generosity of donors, being a good steward of finances is equally as important as protection of time and soundness of security. So to find a multi-media company who understands, appreciates, and shares those sentiments is like discovering a hidden treasure - and that's really what SD Professionals is.
The owner, Jacob Timmons, both frugal and resourceful, started the business as a bit of a side-line income and soon discovered that treasure, once discovered, will not remain secret for long. With only 4 employees this company serves a multitude of people and makes each one feel as if they are the only and most important client. Here, customer care is not a phrase describing one aspect of their job, it's a mantra/motto for what they are about. After-hours, weekends, holidays - whatever - if a client is in urgent need, someone, will make certain that request is heard, respected, and attended to until expectations are met or exceeded.
 
Creativity flows through SD Professionals like a life-force. They make it a habit to bring refreshing ideas, new approaches, cutting edge technology, and energetic enthusiasm to their clients when a task has been requested of them; and also take it the extra mile by offering their thoughts and suggestions for what lies ahead, for growth, and for sustainability of their clients' businesses.

Being a good community partner is imperative to SD Professionals. It means offering unbelievable competitive pricing, volunteering time for charitable events, and even donating thousands of dollars annually in services as in-kind donations. They are reliable, respectable, and ready. They surround themselves with clients who operate with these same values and they take great pride in helping those clients achieve great success.
 
With SD Professionals handling our multi-media needs: web services, photography, videography, webinars, live broadcasts, live technical support, data processing, design, programming, and secure data storage; I know that my work, my time, my efforts; and those of all the well-over a half-million people I serve, is secure, accurate, and readily available. Knowing that allows me the freedom and ability to focus and dream toward growing to reach and serve one, two, three - or 100 million individuals! The one question that still remains is: "What does the 'SD' stand for?" Is it "superb direction", or "service and diligence", or maybe "secure and dependable". I don't know, I am just certain that my organization has found SD Professionals to be more than just a necessary service provider, they are a partner in the spirit of how they operate as well as in the tasks we have hired them to accomplish for us. They offer us the security of knowing our work is achieved and our time is well-spent.
